To be competitive in the global market, BWSC is offering export and structured finance as well as project finance and even risk & profit sharing arrangements based on the performance of the power plants. In connection with the rehabilitation or expansion of existing power stations refinancing may also profitably be considered.
BWSC offers Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts on existing power stations, whether built by BWSC or third parties. In these contracts financing can often be structured in such a way that - in addition to the improved performance of the power station - our clients will obtain a positive cash-flow during the full term of the O&M contract.
